We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. To ensure we can best accommodate you and other clients, we ask that you follow the cancellation policy outlined below.
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
A detailed receipt will be provided for your records. You are responsible to submit to your own private insurer for reimbursement.
A travel fee applies for home visits located more than 30 kilometres from Ottawa (measured from postal code K1V 2J8). Travel fees will be communicated in advance and added to your consultation total.
A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to visits canceled within 24 hours of our scheduled visit time, but may be rescheduled one time with no fee if the appointment is rescheduled within 7 days. No-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may result in full charges for the missed visit. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.
Workshops: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop for a full refund or rescheduling.
Consultation fees are non refundable once the service has been provided. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out so we can discuss how to address your concerns.
If you or your baby are unwell, or if there is inclement weather that may affect a home visit, please contact me as early as possible. I will do the same, and we will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
