I understand that you may have questions about my services, workshops, and support options. Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions to help you find the information you need.
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I specialize in the clinical management of breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and human milk feeding. The IBCLC is the highest credential in lactation care—internationally recognized and requiring rigorous training, clinical experience, and passing a comprehensive board exam. When you work with me, you are connecting with a provider who offers expert, evidence-based care, supporting you with compassion and skill.
This workshop teaches techniques for hand expression to collect and store small amounts of colostrum before your baby arrives. It helps build confidence, supports milk supply awareness, promotes hormonal preparation, and empowers you to manage your milk supply effectively from the start.
It is best to attend during the last few weeks of your pregnancy (around 37 weeks) to fully benefit from the information and practice the techniques. Be sure to consult your healthcare provider beforehand, as every pregnancy is unique.
I provide bottle feeding support as an essential part of infant feeding care. Whether you are dealing with bottle refusal, transitioning between breast and bottle, exclusive pumping, or learning how to pace bottle feed, I will work with you to troubleshoot and create a feeding plan that supports both your baby’s needs and your goals.
Messaging Support is not designed for emergencies. For urgent medical concerns, I recommend that you contact your healthcare provider.
Yes, whoever is supporting you on this journey is welcome to participate in the workshops. I believe support is integral to feeding success.
In this workshop, I cover several key topics, including when to introduce solids and the types of solid foods to offer. I also address first foods, texture and consistency, feeding techniques and safety considerations.
I recommend this workshop for parents of babies aged 4-6 months. This is the age when babies begin to show signs of readiness for solid foods.

Feeding your baby should not be painful. We will work together to assess what is causing the discomfort and create a plan to move forward.
