I am Roshena Moledina, a Registered Nurse (RN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) graduate, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). With over 15 years of experience in Maternal Child Health, I have had the privilege of supporting families as they nurture, feed, and connect with their babies.
Parenting is a profound and beautiful journey, filled with moments of joy, and sometimes, unexpected challenges. Feeding your baby is often one of the most impactful parts of that experience, and I am here to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered, every step of the way.
My love for helping families began early in my career as a nurse, where I saw just how important feeding decisions are to a family’s well-being. Many parents I worked with needed, not only answers, but also empathy and kind guidance, during this deeply personal time.
This inspired me to pursue specialized training and become an IBCLC. Over the years, I have partnered with families from all walks of life, and each experience has deepened my understanding of how personal and unique each feeding story can be. It is this personal connection and the opportunity to provide thoughtful, nonjudgmental care that continue to fuel my passion for this work.
I am proud to offer a range of services designed to meet your family’s unique needs along your parenting and feeding journey. Each service is tailored to provide you with personalized care and support.
These offerings are designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need, whether you are preparing for your baby’s arrival, overcoming obstacles in the early postpartum days, or seeking guidance as your baby grows.
When you choose to work with me, you are not only gaining over 15 years of experience in Maternal Child Health, but you are also gaining a partner who is fully invested in your family’s well-being. My approach is rooted in evidence-based care and delivered with compassion, ensuring that you feel supported at every step of the way.
Creating a safe, judgment-free space for families is at the heart of my practice. I take the time to understand your unique story, your concerns, and your goals. Together, we will not only address challenges but also celebrate your successes.
One sentiment I frequently hear from families I have worked with is, ‘You make me feel like I can do this.’ These words remind me why I do what I do—to empower parents to move forward with strength and confidence.
